The first question was about the participants’ description of KappAhl. The women answered that KappAhls clothes were constructed mainly for older women, men and kids. Two women associated the store with the color grey and the word “boring”. One woman said, though, that sometimes she finds nice clothes there.
The second question asked was “How
would you describe the look of the store? The windows and the interior?” and we
got quite different answers. One woman said that the store looked fresh and not
so messy, as it can be in other stores. She added that it is easy to find
everything. The other women disagreed and said that the interior was messy, had a bright setting, no cozy
atmosphere and that the store was decorated to attract older people.
They all associated KappAhl with middle-aged
female consumers with kids, just like their mothers. This was the common
answers to question three."
För två år sedan taggade jag och mina vänner studenten. Just nu taggar jag bara för att klara av de här två sista grupparbetena, och sen ska jag lägga mig på sängen. Raklång. Och sova. Bara, bara sova.
